Inspired by the classic pairing of tea and chocolate, this gelato combines Earl Grey tea from Assam with premium French couverture chocolate. The tea's fragrant bergamot character enhances the chocolate's rich cocoa notes, creating a smooth and sophisticated flavour that unfolds with every spoonful.
Our pints are packed with ice packs in a cooler bag to maintain temperature for local delivery. For West Malaysia shipping, orders are packed in a polystyrene box with dry ice for extended cold chain protection.
Gelato can remain stable for up to 30 minutes without freezing. For longer travel times, we recommend a refrigerated container or additional dry ice. Transfer to your freezer as soon as possible.
