Refund policy

As all our gelato products are made fresh and require frozen storage, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. We encourage all customers to check their order upon receiving it.

All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have begun to melt after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligibility for a replacement or store credit is granted strictly at Frosty Dream's sole discretion. We do not offer cash refunds.

Store Credit Approved refunds or cancellations will result in store credit vouchers, valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. These will be sent to your registered email address and are valid for use on frostydreamgelato.com only.

Cakes & Special Orders Gelato cakes and semifreddo cakes require a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice prior to the scheduled delivery date for a store credit to be considered. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery will not be eligible for any refund or store credit.

How to Cancel or Amend an Order Should you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us via our Contact Us page at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date (or 48 hours for cakes and special orders).

Exceptions

  • Delivery Delays: No refunds will be issued for late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or third-party logistics issues.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil it, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to receive a full refund in the form of store credit or to your original payment method, based on your preference.

Delivery Issues It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address. We are not liable for products that melt or deteriorate due to failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address details or absence at the time of delivery.
