OUR GELATO
Gelato is made with more milk than cream, churned slower, and served at a slightly warmer temperature. This gives it a denser, silkier texture and more intense flavour compared to regular ice cream. Less air, more flavour.
Our gelato contains dairy and may contain traces of nuts, eggs, and gluten depending on the flavour. Full allergen information is listed on each product page. If you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us before ordering.
We are not halal certified at this time, but we are committed to using only Halal-certified ingredients in our kitchen to ensure our products are suitable for Muslim consumers. If you have any specific dietary concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Store it in the freezer at all times. For the best texture, take it out 5-10 minutes before serving. Gelato is best enjoyed slightly tempered, when the texture is soft, dense, and fully alive on the palate. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Unopened pints last up to 1 month in the freezer. Once opened, best consumed within 2 weeks.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Our standard delivery days are Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, excluding public holidays. If you need delivery on a different day, off-schedule delivery is available for Klang Valley and Klang Valley Special Zones at an additional RM5 surcharge.
All orders require a minimum of 2 days before your preferred delivery date. For reference:
Wednesday delivery: order by Monday
Friday delivery: order by Wednesday
Saturday delivery: order by Thursday
We deliver within West Malaysia only, covering Klang Valley, Klang Valley Special Zones, and selected Non-Klang Valley areas.
Yes. Self-collection is available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm, with at least 2 days advance notice. Please wait for a confirmation message before coming to collect. We do not accept walk-ins.
Yes, off-schedule delivery is available for Klang Valley and Klang Valley Special Zones at an additional RM5 surcharge. A minimum of 2 days advance notice is required and is subject to availability.
Yes, for Klang Valley and Klang Valley Special Zones only, at an additional RM5 surcharge. If you request both an off-schedule day and a specific time window, both surcharges apply, bringing the total additional charge to RM10.
Changes to delivery date, address, or contact details after payment are subject to a RM5 charge. Please contact us at least 2 days before your delivery date.
Our gelato is temperature-sensitive and cannot be left unattended. For Klang Valley and Klang Valley Special Zones, if delivery is unsuccessful after multiple contact attempts, a re-delivery charge of RM10 will apply. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order.
For Non-Klang Valley orders, delivery is handled by our third-party cold logistics partner. Delivery attempts and procedures are subject to their process. We pack all orders with sufficient dry ice to maintain temperature during transit, but we strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order promptly.
Yes. During festive seasons we may offer additional delivery dates at our standard rates. These will be announced on our website and social media channels in advance.
