How We Deliver
Every order from Frosty Dream is made fresh and shipped cold. We take our gelato seriously, which means we only send it out on days and through methods that ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We currently deliver across West Malaysia only.
Order Processing Time
All orders require a minimum of 2 days processing time before dispatch. We make our gelato in small batches on order, so please plan ahead when placing your order.
Standard Delivery Days
We deliver on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays. Orders must be placed by the following cut-off days to qualify for that week's delivery.

Store Pickup
Prefer to collect in person? You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our kitchen. Pickup orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance. Please wait for a confirmation message before coming to collect — we will notify you once your order is ready.
Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm

Klang Valley Special Zones include: Semenyih, Rawang, Kapar, Meru, Banting, Sepang, Puncak Alam, Bestari Jaya and Ijok.
At checkout, you will see two delivery options: Standard Delivery (Wed / Fri / Sat) and Off-Schedule Delivery (Mon / Tue / Thu / Sun) at an additional +RM5. If you require a specific time window, a Special Timing Request surcharge of +RM5 applies. Please ensure your selected rate matches your chosen delivery date.
Non Klang Valley Deliveries
Orders delivered outside Klang Valley are fulfilled by our trusted third-party cold logistics partners. Delivery timing and dates are subject to their schedule and cannot be guaranteed by Frosty Dream. We will provide a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Gelato Cakes and Semifreddo Cakes
Gelato cakes and semifreddo cakes are available for delivery within Klang Valley and Klang Valley Special Zones only. These products cannot be shipped via third-party cold logistics at this time.
Additional Charges
To keep things transparent, here is a full summary of any additional charges that may apply to your order.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address. Our gelato is temperature-sensitive and cannot be left unattended. Delivery is considered unsuccessful after multiple contact attempts with no response. A re-delivery charge of RM10 will apply.
Festive Season Deliveries
During festive seasons we may offer additional delivery dates at our standard rates. These will be announced on our website and social media channels in advance.
