Our pints are packed with ice packs in a cooler bag to maintain temperature for local delivery. For West Malaysia shipping, orders are packed in a polystyrene box with dry ice for extended cold chain protection.
Gelato can remain stable for up to 30 minutes without freezing. For longer travel times, we recommend a refrigerated container or additional dry ice. Transfer to your freezer as soon as possible.
