Double Pistachio brings the full expression of one of gelato's most treasured nuts. Freshly roasted pistachios are blended into a creamy gelato base, then finished with swirls of pistachio sauce for a second layer of nutty richness. The result is a bold and indulgent flavour with exceptional depth, aroma, and a lingering pistachio finish.
Our pints are packed with ice packs in a cooler bag to maintain temperature for local delivery. For West Malaysia shipping, orders are packed in a polystyrene box with dry ice for extended cold chain protection.
Gelato can remain stable for up to 30 minutes without freezing. For longer travel times, we recommend a refrigerated container or additional dry ice. Transfer to your freezer as soon as possible.

Gelato is best enjoyed slightly tempered, when the texture is soft, dense, and fully alive on the palate.
